Who is Navigating Senior Care with Leah for?
Families making care decisions, caregivers looking for support, and healthcare and long-term care professionals who want practical resources and training.
Are you a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)?
Not yet. I'm currently working toward my degree in Healthcare Administration with a Long-Term Care specialization, on my way to becoming an LNHA. I'm also a Certified Activity Director and Certified Social Services Designee, with a background in direct care and hospice. You can read more on the About page.
Do you provide medical, legal, or financial advice?
No. Everything here is for general education and information only, and isn't a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. See the full Disclaimer for details.
Do you find or recommend a specific facility for my family?
No. I'm not a placement agency, and I won't hand you a shortlist or steer you toward one building. No facility pays me a referral fee, so nothing I tell you is influenced by where you land. What I do is help you understand the levels of care, know what to look for on a tour, ask the questions that get real answers, and make sense of what you find. You choose the setting. My job is to make sure you're choosing with clear information instead of a sales pitch.

What kind of programs can I book?
Resident activity experiences, staff in-service presentations, family and caregiver workshops, and custom programming built around your group's needs. See the Book Leah page for details.
How does booking work?
It's a request-based process, not instant booking. You submit a request, I review it personally, you receive a quote and available dates, and the program is confirmed once you approve and put down a deposit.
Do you travel outside Enid, Oklahoma?
Yes, travel fees may apply outside the Enid area. Reach out with your location on the Book Leah page and I'll let you know what that looks like.
Do you sell downloadable resources?
Yes. Several free guides are available now in the Resource Library, along with paid guides like the Look Beyond the Lobby facility tour workbook. New resources are added regularly.

Is my information kept private?
I don't sell your information, and I only use what you share to respond to your inquiry. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
Can I submit medical records or sensitive information through your forms?
Please don't. The contact and request forms aren't set up for sensitive information like medical records, Social Security numbers, or insurance details. If it's a medical emergency, call 911.
